Grapevine Codes™ Refund and Returns Policy
Effective date: September 8, 2026 · Last updated: September 8, 2026
This policy explains when an order placed through Grapevine can be returned or refunded. It applies to purchases made through Grapevine checkout and forms part of the Terms of Service.
1. All sales are final
Grapevine does not accept returns or offer change-of-mind refunds at this time. A completed order cannot be returned because you no longer want the item, ordered the wrong size or variant, found a better price, or changed your mind after purchase.
This is the default for every purchase made through Grapevine checkout. It does not limit the rights described in Section 2, which apply regardless.
2. What you are still entitled to
Section 1 never overrides a right you hold under applicable law. You remain entitled to a remedy, which may include a repair, replacement, or refund, where:
- the item arrives damaged, defective, or faulty;
- the item is materially not what was described at checkout, including the wrong item or the wrong variant;
- the item never arrives, or delivery fails through no fault of your own;
- the charge was unauthorized or duplicated; or
- a consumer-protection law that applies to your purchase requires a remedy in your circumstances.
Nothing in this policy asks you to waive a right that cannot be waived, and nothing in it removes a warranty provided by a manufacturer or required by law.
3. Who the seller is
The vendor whose product you buy is the seller of that product, and the purchase contract is between you and that vendor, unless the checkout, order confirmation, or receipt for your transaction expressly identifies Grapevine as the seller or merchant of record.
Grapevine collects payment for the transaction through its payment processor, so the charge may appear under the Grapevine name on your card statement, and any refund is issued back through that same channel to the original payment method.
Where a vendor publishes its own return policy that is more generous than this one, that policy applies to its products. Where a vendor publishes none, this policy is the applicable one.
4. Raising a problem with an order
Contact us through the contact page and include your order or transaction reference, the item concerned, and a description of the problem. Photographs help for anything damaged, faulty, or visibly not as described.
Please raise a problem promptly after delivery, or after the expected delivery date if the item never arrives. We will pass the report to the vendor where the vendor is the seller, and we may ask for further information before a remedy is agreed.
An approved refund is returned to the original payment method. The time it takes to appear on a statement is set by your bank or card issuer, not by Grapevine.
5. Rewards on a refunded order
A refund, cancellation, or chargeback reverses the referral reward associated with that purchase, as described in Section 11 of the Terms. A reward that has already been paid out may be recovered by offset against a later balance.
6. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The version in force at the time of your purchase is the one that applies to that purchase, and previous versions remain published at the bottom of this page for that reason.
